Notes: The holes for the sliding bushes are 1 mm smaller than the original and may need to be drilled out. In addition, the hole in the original bars (measured from the lower edge of the bar to the middle of the hole) is 235 mm high, whereas this reproduction product is 275 mm high.
The diameter of the original bars is approx. 23.8 mm, whereas this product is approx. 24.1 mm. This means that adjustments may need to be made to the sliding bushes.
The attached tabs correspond to the design for 17" rims or mudguard arches. Pony Junior 503 models with 19" rims require adjustments to the bars or the strut for the mudguard. On the bars for the 19" models, the lugs are fitted higher up as standard.
