Loctite 278 is an oil- and waterproof high-strength screw connection, suitable for all metal threaded connections subject to vibration and impact. Also for passive materials such as aluminium, stainless and galvanized steel.
Prevents loosening due to vibration on stud bolts, gears, motors, etc. The connections can be disassembled with normal tools. However, it is advisable to heat the connection beforehand.
