Lightened clutch basket with 21 teeth suitable for Puch Maxi mopeds with 1-speed e50 engine.
Special design with needle bearing. This clutch basket was developed for heavily souped-up engines where the brass bushing bearing reaches its limits.
Advantages of the needle bearing:
- Higher speeds possible
- Smooth, even running
- Optimal lubrication
- Better heat dissipation
Optimal adjustment of the clutch basket clearance is essential. Inadequate adjustment can destroy the bearing in a very short time.
Note the corresponding dimensions in Figure 3.
You will find suitable thrust washers in the accessories, which are fitted in front of and behind the clutch basket.
