Complete set of 0.8 mm thick stainless steel disc springs for the HRT SX50 KTM clutch on your Puch moped with an E50 engine.
The disc springs are of the highest quality and have a precisely defined hardness, ensuring that each disc exerts the same pressure.
The pairs of spring washers are stacked with their curved sides facing each other over the spacer sleeve. Depending on your needs, you can stack more or fewer pairs to adjust the spring tension to the engine’s requirements.
As a basic setting for the initial installation, we recommend the following arrangement of the spring stacks: ()()()()()()(
or a total thickness of approximately 15.5 mm for the 13 stacked disc springs.
