Complete 41 mm aluminum tuning cylinder with a nickel-silicon carbide coating (commonly known as Nikasil) and a square intake for small motorcycles equipped with Sachs 3- and 4-speed engines with foot-operated gearshift. These engines were installed in models such as the Hercules 50/3 LS, 50/4 LKH, Gritzner, and others.
The workmanship on the 57 ccm racing cylinder is acceptable, but some edges could use a bit of finishing.
To install this racing kit on a Sachs 50/2 engine, various modifications must be made.
Note: An exhaust nut with an M40x1.5 mm thread is required. Please pay attention to the installation direction during assembly. The piston is installed with the arrow pointing toward the exhaust on the exhaust side.
For optimal performance, we recommend using the cylinder kit with a 17 mm Bing SSB carburetor. You can find this carburetor and matching mounting parts in the accessories section.
