
Malossi 68.5 mm "Sport MK II" racing cylinder kit with 210 cc displacement, compatible with your Vespa P 200, PX 200, Cosa 200, and Rally 200 scooters.
The aluminum cylinder is designed for a 57 mm stroke, 110 mm connecting rod length, and a 16 mm piston pin. The bore is coated with nickel-silicon carbide (commonly known as Nikasil), giving the tuning cylinder a robust foundation for sporty touring and racing setups. The sport version comes with a Vertex piston featuring two piston rings. In the MK II, the flow channels have been redesigned, the port windows enlarged, and the exhaust fitted with a bolted, two-piece steel flange. This allows for easy maintenance of the racing cylinder and better adaptation to your setup when needed. The layout with seven overflow channels, three of which are support channels, is designed for a wide usable RPM range and strong torque in the low and mid-range.
The 210 Malossi Sport can be run with a standard 57 mm stroke. Thanks to a shorter piston skirt, the racing kit is also suitable for setups with a 60 mm long-stroke crankshaft without requiring the piston to be shortened at the bottom. For optimal tuning, we recommend selecting fuel mixture, ignition timing, carburetor, and exhaust to match the rest of the engine setup.
