CNC-milled aluminum adapter designed for your Fantic Issimo or Yamaha Yamy moped with a Minarelli V1 engine, allowing you to install any Puch cylinder.
The spacer plate is placed between the engine and the cylinder to bridge the gap. Since the hole spacing doesn’t match 100%, you may need to slightly enlarge the stud holes on the cylinder. The typical Puch hole pattern is 44 x 44 mm.
Depending on the cylinder, you’ll need to mill out the transfer ports yourself.
Smaller Puch cylinder kits can be installed without modifications. For cylinders with a larger displacement, such as the 47 mm Gilardoni Italkit, the piston must also be shortened so that it does not rub against the crankcase.
