High-end overhaul kit for modified Puch Maxi mopeds with E50 engines, which are installed in Puch Maxi S, Puch Maxi N, and Puch Supermaxi LG1 Kat engines.
The set includes all bearings and the shaft seal (commonly known as a Simmerring) required for an engine overhaul.
For crankshafts that have a larger shaft seal seat on the clutch side—also known as the “old model.”
These replacement parts are high-quality components designed to withstand the most extreme conditions.
Ball Bearing Specifications: The ball bearings are SKF C4 Racing bearings with increased bearing clearance. The lower rolling resistance is designed for high-RPM engines.
Shaft Seal Specifications: The special FPM/FKM shaft seals (commonly known as Viton) have a fluorocarbon rubber outer jacket and are rated for temperatures up to 200 °C.
Conventional NBR shaft seals are temperature-resistant up to 100 °C.
Installation positions for the shaft seals:
17/40/7 A (one sealing lip, no dust lip): Crankshaft, ignition side
22/40/7 DUO (two sealing lips): Crankshaft, clutch side
17/40/7 DUO (two sealing lips): Gearbox pinion shaft
