Complete air filter box including thin racing air filter screen. Suitable for the following Sachs mopeds / mopeds: 503 type 2AL, 2BL and AAL. Also suitable as a replacement for air filter (A5635, as no longer available) from Motor Sachs 503 ABL and AB.
A racing screen is installed in the air filter, which has fewer layers than the original and therefore allows more air through.
Figure 4 is only an illustration between the original and racing air filter screen.
The plastic is softer and more resistant to chemicals than the original and therefore more durable. In addition, the air filter is fitted with an additional air inlet, which is closed with a plastic cap on delivery. This can be removed from the inside of the air filter to allow a higher air volume to be drawn in. This is particularly recommended in conjunction with a tuning setup.
