If your Puch moped is equipped with an original ignition, this will quickly reach its limits if you aim for higher revs with your gem. Puch mopeds are generally fitted with breaker ignitions at the factory. This type of ignition is not only susceptible to wear and defects. In addition, contact breaker ignitions are increasingly unreliable at high engine speeds. You can therefore only get maximum performance and power from your racing moped with a racing ignition.
