38 mm tuning cylinder in the "Power Edition" version made of aluminum with 50 cc displacement suitable for mopeds / mopeds with Sachs 503 2AL, AAL, 2BL, ABL CH engine.
The tuning kit is made of cast aluminum with nickel silicon carbide coating (colloquially known as Nikasil).
The tuning kit made of cast aluminum with nickel-silicon carbide coating (colloquially known as Nikasil) offers a good increase in performance over the entire speed range, with a focus on low speeds and high torque. Compared to the original cylinder, the sealing has been removed on this tuning cylinder and the intake has been enlarged. The overflow channels as well as the exhaust and intake have been adapted to optimize the timing. In addition, the exhaust duct has been designed at a more favorable angle. All housing covers can still be fitted.
